Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I've been working in the studio non stop producing for the last week. I got the guitar back from The Twelth Fret who work on all my guitars. They thought it was a really good guitar with great workmanship. I had a Baggs M1 pickup put on. I used it in the studio today for a radio spot and it sounded fantastic. The engineer was blown away. I got a show on the coast tommorow and I'm gonna use it there for the first time. I will be in touch. My record label (Yellow Dog Records) is gonna put something about it on it's webpage. Thanks once again so very much. I've been spreading the word."

I'm really impressed with your walnut/spruce Grand Concert.
The instrument just knocked my socks off. Some sitka tops just won't do it with light strings but this one loves them. I'm real glad to see that because I'm so used to the low tension for my fingerstyle.
Great balance, lovely tone and very musical highs...not the slightest hint of harshness in the high tones that you sometimes get surprised with. The sustain was another big surprise. For some reason I thought the walnut would be a much more "fundamental" tone with a clean quick decay....but that's not the case at all. It has very pleasant, abundant overtones with sustain until next week. I'm going to have to adjust for that...but what a welcome adjustment.
The craftsmanship is superb! To tell you the truth, I was expecting less.
I couldn't afford to buy a guitar by a "big name", custom luthier and I felt like I was taking a chance with your guitar. I was so wrong. This is one great guitar.
Good luck in your business and life. You were exceptionally helpful in my
purchase. I know you gave me a great price too."
