A Seat at the Table. Every year, St. Catherine University's School of Business produces the Minnesota Census on 女性在 Corporate Leadership, a research study that examines the representation of women on boards of directors 而且 as executive officers in Minnesota's largest publicly held companies. In this year's census, Minnesota firms made room at the table for women, but not every table 而且 not all women. Join us to learn more.

Career Transitions: Do I really want to stay or go? 
We are in a period of re-imagining our workspaces, contemplating work with purpose 而且 revisiting career choices. Conversations on the “great resignation” 而且 “quiet quitting” are causing us to reflect on the silent battle of choice versus responsibility. Choosing to let go of a career, or a professional identity, especially after we have invested years building it, can be difficult. This online workshop will provide tips to help you develop awareness about when it may be time for a change 而且 tools to help you explore a career transition or exit. Hosted by Monica (Dillon) Huntsberry ’88, content curator 而且 host for RevelEleven.

A tradition since 1965! Enjoy a lively panel discussion about the best new fiction 而且 non-fiction, with a few reading insights from Professor Kristen Lillvis to enhance our backgrounds in reading.
Panelists include Professor of English 而且 Mary Alice Muellerleile '60 Endowed Chair Kristen Lillvis, along with Corinne Burrell MLIS '23, alumnae readers Judie Martens Flahavan ’60 而且 Ruth Haag Brombach ’60.   The list of books is available below 而且 books can be purchased at the St. Kate’s bookstore.

Women, Money 而且 Confidence
Women are a driving force in the economy — gaining ground with men on earnings, achieving higher rates of post-baccalaureate degrees, 而且 opening businesses at an exciting rate. However, many women still lack an important part of financial wellness: confidence. In this workshop, we will identify common money perspectives 而且 how to flip them, share tips for being proactive with your finances, 而且 learn strategies to reduce debt 而且 build assets to build money management confidence. Haverty-Stacke. Grace Holmes Carlson is a 1929 graduate of the College of St. Catherine; she later became a beloved teacher 而且 administrator of St. Mary’s Junior College, now part of St. Catherine University.
